Discover the transformative power of your breath in this foundational workshop designed to enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through the ancient practice of pranayama and the art of following your breath. You’ll learn techniques to calm your nervous system, remove blockages/knots (granthis) in the energy system, cultivate healthy lungs, and bring balance to your entire being. This practice will help purify and prepare you for the higher limbs of yoga, improving focus, concentration, and clarity on your path to being your true divine self through self-realization. PLEASE NOTE: The snow day makeup for this will be 1/24 if needed What You’ll Experience: Deep Relaxation: Activate your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress and anxiety.
